Current Crushes: Mirror, Mirror...

Mirror, mirror on the wall…how do you choose the fairest mirror of them all?

Mirrors can do so many different things for a space; they can serve as a focal point of a room, accent existing artwork or gallery walls, make a room look bigger and brighter, or purely be functional. Whatever your reason for adding a mirror to your space, there are so many great options (at different price points) to choose from.

I recently rounded up a few mirror crushes (linked below) that I think would be great for a variety of spaces from living rooms to bedrooms to hallways to entryways. And for a little inspiration, I gathered a few of my favorite photos from recent CBD projects that incorporate mirrors in a fresh, yet classic way! Enjoy!

The sunburst mirror was such a fun and unexpected addition to this living room gallery wall! See more of this boho-inspired living room here.

As this client’s dining room was situated directly across a set of living room windows, the black and gold vintage mirror opened up the space by reflecting all the great natural light. See more here.

Two diamond shaped gold mirrors flank this Judith Gigliotti print, helping to ground this family room and add visual interest. See the rest of this mod bungalow reveal here.

A true statement mirror! This beauty from Anthropologie not only reflects and disperses natural light throughout the space, it acts as a focal point at the center of the room. See the rest of the space here!
